Customer Service Executives – Temporary (until December 2025)

Location: Gloucester

Pay: £12.21 per hour + bonus

Hooray Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with Laithwaites Wine, a leading name in the wine industry, to recruit enthusiastic Customer Service Executives on a temporary basis until the end of December 2025.

As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for Laithwaites’ valued customers, handling a variety of queries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic team and develop your customer service skills in a respected brand.

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a professional, efficient manner

Processing orders and managing customer accounts

Providing product knowledge and guidance to customers

Handling complaints with empathy and finding positive solutions

Working towards team and individual targets

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, or hospitality welcome)

Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle a variety of situations

Strong attention to detail and computer literacy

A positive, team-oriented approach

In return, we are offering an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, with the opportunity to earn bonus on each and every call! Please note, this is a temporary position, lasting until the end of December 2025.
