A leading organisation in their manufacturing space are currently seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their team to manage the overall customer operations and sales progression processes including managing the team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Process customer ordersLiaise with customers and deliver them excellent service by phone, email and live chatListen and revolved complaints in a timely and professional mannerUpdate customer and order information on CRM systemUpsell new products to existing customersWork closely with other departments to solve customer issues and improve customer service
Essential Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in customer service positionsExperience using a CRM systemAn excellent communicatorHard-working and ambitiousA passion for delivering excellent customer service
