Do you have a strong customer service background and enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established premium service business in Earlsfield. You’ll play an important role in making sure customers receive a smooth and professional service, while coordinating appointments and supporting engineers behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?

Handling customer enquiries across telephone and email, providing a helpful and professional first point of contact.

*

Taking ownership of queries and complaints, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

*

Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments and installation schedules through an electronic booking system.

*

Keeping customer records, job information and scheduling details accurate and up to date.

*

Working closely with internal teams to ensure engineers have the correct information and resources for each installation.

*

Looking for ways to improve processes and make the customer journey and day-to-day operation more efficient.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

*

Previous experience within customer service, contact centre or a similar customer-facing environment.

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*

A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.

*

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

*

A proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

*

Experience with Zendesk, FSM, CRM or scheduling systems would be advantageous, but full training can be provided.

Working Hours

This is a Monday to Friday position with alternating shifts:

8:30am–5:00pm

9:00am–5:30pm
