We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced and growing waste management company based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering exceptional support to customers.

You will play a key role in supporting customers with enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound customer calls and emailsAssisting customers with service enquiries, bookings, and account queriesResolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficientlyLiaising with internal departments including operations and transport teamsUpdating customer records accurately on internal systemsBuilding strong relationships with customers and providing excellent serviceEnsuring all administration and compliance processes are completed correctlySupporting the wider team with general customer service dutiesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous customer service or call centre experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving abilitiesConfident using computer systems and CRM platformsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA positive, team-focused attitudeExperience within waste management, logistics, transport, or service industries would be advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer:
