Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in every interaction?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team where the customer is at the heart of everything you do.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customer enquiries across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction is managed professionally, efficiently, and with empathy. You'll aim to resolve queries at the first point of contact while delivering a consistently high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels

Handle enquiries efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution

Demonstrate empathy, fairness, and professionalism in every interaction

Take ownership of potential complaints and resolve them effectively

Encourage and act on customer feedbackPerformance & Quality

Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including telephony and quality targets

Take ownership of feedback and continuously improve performance

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and positive outcomesCommunication

Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers and colleagues

Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues

Share ideas and solutions openly, focusing on continuous improvementContinuous Improvement

Stay up to date with processes and participate in ongoing training

Identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes

Highlight any training or knowledge gaps proactivelyProfessional Development
