Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Ongoing
Mansfield
13.688 (inclusive of holiday pay)
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting online retail campaigns.
This is an ongoing temporary position expected to last for at least a few months.
The role will involve providing excellent customer service to online customers, predominantly through an online ticketing system, along with occasional telephone enquiries.
Customer Service Advisor duties will include:
Responding to customer enquiries online ticketing systems and emailHandling occasional inbound customer service callsDealing with queries relating to online orders, deliveries, products, returns and refundsResolving customer issues efficiently and professionallyKeeping customers updated and ensuring queries are followed through to resolutionSupporting busy e-commerce campaigns and peak periodsAccurately recording customer communications and actionsFor the role of Customer Service Advisor, We are looking for someone who has:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within e-commerce or online retailExperience using a customer service ticketing platform - Re, Freshdesk or similar would be particularly advantageousExcellent written communication skills and a confident telephone mannerGood attention to detail and strong IT skillsThe ability to manage a busy workload and respond to customers efficientlyA positive, professional and customer-focused approachInterested Call TurnerFox Recruitment on (phone number removed) or email your CV today
