Are you an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Advisor who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment?

We re recruiting a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a successful global manufacturing business based in Nottingham.

You ll primarily support customers across Germany, as well as some UK customers, working closely with sales, manufacturing and other internal teams. This is a varied B2B customer service role covering quotations, order processing, customer queries and coordinating orders through to delivery.

As German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting German-speaking customers with enquiries and new ordersPreparing and issuing customer quotationsFollowing up quotations and supporting opportunities for business growthProcessing customer orders and maintaining accurate information within SAPCarrying out contract reviews to ensure customer requirements are understood and metProviding customers with product and order informationBuilding strong relationships with internal teams to support on-time order fulfilmentProcessing customer returnsWorking with Finance to resolve credit and invoice queriesMaintaining accurate customer information across ERP and CRM systems What We re Looking For

You ll need a high level of spoken and written German, as some customers communicate exclusively in German.

Ideally, you ll also have:

At least 2 years' B2B customer service, sales support or order management experienceExperience working within a manufacturing environmentStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsExperience using ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP and SalesforceExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English and German)The ability to build effective relationships across different departments Experience within a regulated manufacturing sector, such as aerospace or medical, would be particularly advantageous.
