Job Description:

A vacancy has arisen in the customer services department. Main duties involve dealing with email, answering the phone and replying to straightforward enquiries. However, there are also opportunities, through time, to work in and gain experience of other parts of the business including stores, accounts, admin and sales.

Full training will be provided so previous experience is not necessary. Candidates should have a good telephone manner and attention to detail.
