Customer Service Administrator
Location: Wigston
Salary: GBP26,300 + Bonus
Hours - Monday - Thursday 09:00am - 17:30pm. Friday 09:30am - 17:30pm
SF Partners is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Administrator to join a thriving business based in South Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to make a significant impact.
The Role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's brand reputation through the delivery of outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to exceed customer expectations in every interaction, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all tasks performedHandle incoming calls in accordance with company standardsRecord and process customer orders promptly and accuratelyValidate orders to ensure completeness and accuracy before forwarding to the manufacturing unitProactively engage with customers to verify order details as neededManage standing orders and ensure their timely processingRespond efficiently to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectivelyFacilitate the setup of new accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accuratelyIdentify and pursue sales opportunities, coordinating sales visits and appointments as requiredAddress product or service problems by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring resolutionMaintain daily diary and key performance indicator (KPI) reportsVerify order entries against original customer requestsCoordinate with the dispatch team to ensure validated paperwork is returned promptly
What You Need to Succeed:
Previous experience in an office-based customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to multitask and prioritise workload effectivelyProactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolutionProficiency in using relevant software and systems
