My client have an exciting opportunity to join one of their well established teams to work within the Customer Resolutions team. The suitable candidate will have previous experience within customer resolution, be a natural problem solver, and enjoy helping customers resolve any problems they may have.

Some of the duties will include:

Managing escalated customer complaints through to resolution Providing a high level of customer service over the phoneCarry out thorough investigation to each individual complaintKeeping inhouse system up to date with updated customer details Utilising inhouse system to gather information around customer complaints Utilising problem solving skills to get to resolution within a timely manner Working well as part of a team

The suitable candidate:

Previous experience within customer resolutionExcellent people skills with strong listening skills The ability to problem solveEmpathetic to different customer scenarios A strong team player Strong attention to detailAbility to manage their own workload
