Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £27,000

Our long established client, a trusted name in retail supply and logistics, is looking for a Customer and Purchasing Support Executive to join their friendly and supportive team in Cardiff.

You’ll be working closely with a Senior Account Manager, making sure one of their key retail clients receives outstanding service every day.

The Role:

* Responding to customer queries and helping to build strong, lasting relationships.

* Keeping an eye on stock levels and arranging replenishment when needed.

* Working with suppliers to find the best prices and ensure orders arrive on time.

* Preparing and sharing reports with internal teams and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

The Person:

* Experience in customer service, purchasing, or account support (retail or manufacturing would be a bonus).

* Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

* A friendly, proactive approach and a genuine interest in helping clients.

* Confidence using IT systems and working with data.
