Immediate temporary customer service work! Start ASAP.

Customer Advisors needed in Exeter (Peninsula Business Park) working for a high-profile, high-quality Customer Service Centre.

This is a temporary role working between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday and the hourly rate is £13.10. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this well-known company as part of a welcome team to really make a difference and make sure every customer is serviced.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. You'll be talking to customers, dealing with any queries.

You need to be able to work quickly in an empathetic and calm manner.

You'll be providing advice and guidance about a variety of issues, keeping the customers updated about progress and checking satisfaction levels.

What we're looking for…

You will be trained to do this role, but ideally you will have some experience supporting customers and offer the following skills:

Confident working on the computer

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion for customer service
