Hamilton Woods Associates have been engaged by a renowned social housing provider in Northampton, to recruit to a Housing Complaints Officer on a permanent basis.

The role will require occasional travel into the office, roughly once a month.

Responsibilities of the Complaints Officer:

Manging a caseload of complaintsEnsuring thorough and consistent investigations into complaintsProviding formal written responsesProviding clear and ongoing communication with tenants, MPs and stakeholders surrounding the complaints processCollating information and accurately updating systemsRecording and following up on complaintsProviding analysis and report findings to senior management on complaints and dissatisfaction Requirements of the Complaints Officer includes:

Experience working within complaintsFull driving licence and access to a vehicleBasic DBS check
