Senior Scheduler - Lead Engineer Planner

Manchester (Whitefield)

A UK Manufacturer of renewable heating products, are seeking a Senior Scheduler/Lead Planner, to undertake the planning of service calls whilst supporting the development & growth of the customer service & planning team.

The Role

You'll be the key link between customers, engineers, service partners and the technical team, helping to keep the service operation running smoothly.

* Managing incoming service enquiries and reported faults

* Booking and coordinating engineers and site visits

* Liaising with customers and arranging site access

* Managing warranty claims and service jobs

* Collaborating engineer reports, supporting documentation

* Arranging parts and deliveries to site

* Raising and managing purchase orders

* Keeping customers updated throughout the process

* Helping develop and improve service processes as the team grows

Your Experience

Previous experience in Engineer Scheduling, Service Call Planning, Service Coordination, FM & Facilities Management or Technical Customer Service would be an advantage - along with:

Highly organised

Capable of booking & managing multiple service calls

Confident communicating with customers, engineers and contractors via phone and email

Good at chasing things and getting jobs completed

Calm under pressure and able to prioritise

Able to ensure calls & jobs are completed, including chasing internal & external xjnqpsq team members

Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office

Professional, friendly and approachable

Seeking a position with growth & the chance to build a teamHours & Remuneration

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Basic salary up to circa £35,000 on experience
