Call Centre Advisor

Description

DK Recruitment are seeking a Call Centre Advisor to join a busy customer service team in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and good IT skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls.

Record customer requests accurately and ensure jobs are allocated promptly.

Monitor and chase outstanding jobs to ensure agreed targets and timescales are met.

Provide a high level of customer service, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered correctly into company systems.

Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Identify and escalate issues where further support or approval is required.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Complete general administrative duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Confident using computers and customer management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

A proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative when required.

A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
