Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leader within the building energy management systems (BEMS) sector.

Out of their energy management centre in Glasgow, they are looking to hire a customer support manager.

This represents a superb opportunity to join a leader within the BMS / BEMS sectors in a very key position.

The Role:

You will lead and manage a team of 6 customer support technicians delivering the required services to EMC CustomersBeing first point of contact for customers nationallyDelegating jobs to team membersIt will be your responsibility to plan and coordinate the customer support services and work programmesStaff support, training and developmentHoliday and sickness approvalAttend customer meetings at the clients request

Requirements:

We are seeking someone with strong customer service skillsIt might be that you are coming from an account management or customer service level positionExcellent customer communication skillsGood IT Skills - Microsoft ExcelLeadership, supervisory or strong management skillsAny knowledge of BMS / BEMS / HVAC Systems would be an advantage

Salary:
