Whats on offer to Service Advisors:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm Saturdays on a rota basis Basic Salary GBP30,000 - GBP37,000 per year plus bonus up to GBP42,500 OTE Fantastic Company benefits. Meeting and greeting customers to a 5 customer service. Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries. Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested. Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us. Managing service bookings walk-ins and recoveries. Keeping updated with product knowledge. Creating job packs and other admin duties. Invoicing customers and taking payments. Requirement of a Service Advisor

3+ years of Automotive Customer Service Advisor experience required as a minimum Must have full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points Experience in up selling products is beneficial but not essential Must have a excellent understanding ot Microsoft and Outlook packages Customer skills must be to a high standard and able to deal and manage difficult situations when requied If you feel like you match the above criteria and would like to join a well-established team, we would love to hear from you.
