Paul was very communicative, gave a clear quote based on photos, and organised with my rental agency to get access into the house before we moved in, so it was clean and ready. The carpets were perfect, clean and dry. We are SO pleased with the results, we will definitely be using Paul in the future, and have already booked through him to get our Persian carpets cleaned.
