Excellent communication, contacted us 2 days before journey to Heathrow to confirm, arrived 10 minutes early, drove very safely obeying speed limits including on motorway, pick up for return again went very well. Virtually new BMW, Shad is a very pleasant personand and a very good price. I would highly recommend.

If I could award more than 5 stars I would! I was delighted with the service that I received Shad was very polite, he arrived on time to take myself and my party from Birmingham to Heathrow airport in his luxurious 6 seater Mercedes we had a very pleasant trip our luggage (4 people) was easily accommodated and we had complimentary water if we required it, the return journey was no different again he was bang on time ,we opted for the meet and greet service which was a godsend at this busy airport. All in all a top notch service, I would recommend Shad to anyone!
