I booked a job with Bruce but had to cancel due to a change of plans. Despite the cancellation, Bruce was extremely professional from start to finish. His communication was prompt, clear, and responsive throughout. He was also very competitive on pricing and went above and beyond by offering helpful trade advice on how I could complete the job myself as a DIY project.
