Ram courier service did a great job for me. They collected my boxes from Hastings and brought them to a remote place in Blaneau Ffestiniog in perfect condition. At all moment the communication with them was fluid. From the start, they send me a fair quote and follow up negotiations in an attentive manner, and made me feel they were dedicated to provide a good service. They are a small company, therefore the treatment was more personalised. They were great. They updated me through the different stages of collection and transit, and they collected and delivered on time. They loaded, secured and uploaded the packages at destination professionally. All the other companies I contacted before for the service, where either to expensive or send automated quotes. Ram texted me and call me to discussed the nature of the service, that element felt reassuring and made me choose them. I will definitely recommend and use them again.
