Equipped with the best of training and personal experience of 29 years in the same amazing relationship (not without its challenges may I add), my coaching helps couples and individuals in relationships enhance their partnerships, overcome challenges and build stronger emotional bonds.

Whether you are a couple wanting to work on areas of your marriage or long-term partnership or an individual who finds themselves looking for support without their other half, I provide a caring safe space to explore feelings, communicate effectively and strengthen your connection.

My service caters to diverse needs at all relationship stages. Believing every relationship is unique, I offer personalised strategies and tools to achieve your specific goals.

This is my first experience with a counsellor and Kate has made a real difference. She puts you are ease and gives you the time and safe space to talk about your problems. She validates how you are feeling and helps you see things from a different perspective. I hope to continue to work with her.

I was in desperate need to speak to someone I didnt know, i needed professional help i tried a couple of therapists but found Katie online right from my first hour with her i felt relaxed and comfortable just knowing I was getting help from someone. I started out telling Katie my issues mainly with family members and my anger was affecting my own wife and children dont get wrong its hard for men to talk but Katie just made me want to live again it was a long road for me had some ups and downs plenty of tears katie no soft touch which I'd liked about her but im fine now but occasionally have a bad day i get back in touch with her so if anybody feels they no longer want to be hear please get into with this special lady she changed my life for the better theys not enough words to describe what katie has done for me im truly grateful to her.
