I started therapy with Julene at a very low point. I was miserable at work, depressed, anxious and hopeless. Even the first phone call I had with Julene gave me reassurance that things were going to get better and I wasn’t going to feel this way forever. In the therapy sessions that followed, I was given tips for grounding myself, breaking out of low mood episodes and an improved sense of self-compassion through somatic exercises. Julene gave me the confidence to quit my job and prioritise my own happiness and wellbeing; something I am very grateful for. Now I feel confident moving to the next stage of my career with the tools I have acquired from these sessions.

Finding the right therapist is so important. I've had several throughout the years and Julene has helped me grow and heal more than any of the others. I was in a dark spot when we started together. I was ready for divorce and wanted to disappear. Julene has helped me to let go of the hurt and anger I was holding onto. She helped me uncover the person I wanted to be and take steps towards that person. I feel so much more secure in my self, my marrige and my mental health thanks to the work I've done with Julene. Im so glad I started.

I can’t recommend Julene highly enough. She helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life, when my marriage was falling apart and I had lost confidence in myself. Thanks to her guidance, support, and understanding, I am back together with my wife, and my mental wellbeing has never been better. The positive impact she has had on my life has been incredible.
