The calm, supportive environment and the gentle presence of the horses made it easy to relax and reflect. The sessions helped me build confidence, improve my emotional wellbeing, and develop greater resilience in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I would highly recommend these horse-assisted wellbeing sessions.

My experience of horse therapy with Charlotte and one of her lovely horses called Amy was an amazing experience .Charlotte being an experienced horse women has created a wonderful safe space in lovely surroundings Would highly recomend as felt whole experience really helped my mental help and well being
