My work blends Psychosynthesis, parts‑work, and a grounded, soulful presence. Together we explore the places within you that are asking for attention: the tender parts, the overwhelmed parts, the parts that long for clarity, confidence, or rest.
I offer a calm, steady space where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together. You can arrive exactly as you are.
