I am an accredited therapist who can help with anxiety, depression, building self esteem, stress , relationship issues or changes you want to make in your life. I support with empathy and acceptance and I love seeing clients feeling relieved and seeing confidence grow. I am able to offer therapy which is affirming to neurodivergent and LQBTQ+ clients and I welcome those from all cultures and backgrounds. I offer therapy in person, online, by phone, by text or by email depending on your needs. I like clients to feel comfortable and move at their own pace and feel in control. I offer a free 15 min consultation. Sessions usually £35 for 50 min session.

I’ve been working with my therapist over text, and it’s been really helpful for my social anxiety. It feels easier to open up this way, and she always makes me feel understood and supported. I’m still working on building my confidence, but I already feel more aware of my anxiety and better able to manage it. Really grateful for her help!

Esme is great, she put me as ease straight away which made me feel comfortable to open up from the first session. She is non-judgemental and listens intently.

I've been seeing her for a couple of months, and it's been a really positive experience so far. She creates a comfortable, non-judgmental space where I feel able to talk openly. She's supportive, easy to talk to, and has helped me see things from a different perspective.
