At Chrystal Therapy, we provide professional counselling that supports meaningful and sustainable progress. We work with adults, teenagers and children experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma and ADHD, offering structured and compassionate support tailored to individual needs.
Many of our adult clients come to us navigating pre‑ or post‑diagnosed ADHD, alongside anxiety, burnout and long‑standing patterns of self‑doubt. We understand how overwhelming this can feel and provide a calm, supportive space to make sense of these experiences.
For young people, we offer age‑appropriate therapeutic support to help manage anxiety, emotional challenges and confidence difficulties in a safe and understanding environment.
Our BACP‑registered therapists deliver evidence‑based approaches, including CBT and integrative therapy, adapted to each client. We focus on building emotional regulation, practical coping strategies and greater clarity in daily life.
Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, ADHD, trauma or emotional overwhelm, we work alongside you step by step to build resilience, confidence and lasting wellbeing. Sessions are available in person and online.
