Description
Hi I’m Charlotte, a Creative Counsellor working with Psychotherapy in Stroud, Gloucestershire. I have been working therapeutically for over 10 years working with adults and young people. I offer creative ways of working for opportunity for exploration but can also work in a simple talking method.
I now mainly work support women with issues such as relationship issues, chronic illness, gynaecological/hormone issues such as PCOS and Endometriosis, life transitions, ADHD & Autism, pregnancy pre and postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, abortion, self-harm, body image, self-esteem, depression, stress/anxiety, health anxiety and much more.
My passion lies with relieving negative thoughts that have become automatic thoughts and to understand the root of where that thought started from. I want to support you in building the confidence to listen to your inner self in a new and compassionate way.
