Sometimes things get to a point where you just need to talk to someone, not someone who's going to hand you a list of coping strategies or make you feel like a project to be fixed. Just someone who will actually listen, and this is what we are here for.

We offer discounted sessions for people who are on limited income, students and older people.

Calm Minds was built around one simple idea: that people heal when they feel genuinely safe and genuinely understood.

We offer therapy and coaching, but more than anything, we offer time and attention that is completely yours.
No rushing, no agenda, no judgment.

People come to us for all sorts of reasons, some are dealing with something specific, others just know something feels off and can't quite name it yet. Both are completely fine places to start.

This is my first experience with any kind of therapy and I don't think I could have picked a better therapist. With Natalie, I feel listened to and supported while I process uncomfortable truths and unfamiliar ideas/feelings. Natalie gives guidance when I unpick my mind and helps me to find answers from within myself. I am given space when I need to process ideas too. She offers as much explanation as needed and supports me when I come to conclusions which helps my anxiety. This pleasant and supportive approach has helped me explore both myself as an individual and how I operate within my current relationship.

I recently started trauma therapy and DBT with Natalie and I’ve already noticed a huge positive difference in my day to day life. She is very easy to talk to, very supportive and understanding.
