Hi I'm Sophie and I run SuperDoux, a private chef and catering company based in Brighton.
I am passionate about creating colourful and delicious food, and I love making every event really special.

I cater for private dinner parties, weddings, private clients in their own home for one off or regular meals, corporate events and lunches, hen parties and birthday parties.
Providing hot and cold buffets, sharing platers, plated meals, canapés bbqs, afternoon teas and plenty more!
I use organic, fair trade and locally sourced ingredients where possible, and have training and also teach in vegan/vegetarian/gluten free and sugar free diets.

I cook a wide range of cuisines including :modern British, Mexican, Thai, French, Italian Mediterranean food, as well as Persian and pan Asian dishes.
I also make cakes desserts and pastries to order.

Hi Sophie, thank you so much for your help on my birthday party last weekend. You and your team were very impressive, food was absolutely delicious, service was immaculate. Sophie made us a fabulous gluten free, dairy free cake (tall order!) for my friend and it was fabulous and delicious. Beautifully decorated on top too with flowers and berries...a real winner. Thank you so much! xxx

Superdoux did a wonderful job catering for over 60 people for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. They provided just what we asked for and were friendly and efficient throughout. Many of our guests have told us how much they, too, enjoyed the food. Many thanks to you and to your team Sophie. We will certainly be recommending you in the future.
