About the opportunity:

My client is currently recruiting permanently for a Training Manager to be based from their office in Central London.

Reporting to the Health and Safety Leader, as a Training Manager, you will be accountable for booking, tracking, facilitating and coordinating all company training and will be responsible for assisting with apprenticeship programmes, booking training courses for project teams, tracking operatives' training through the company online portal and assisting in developing grant and levy claims.

About the requirements:

Due to the specialist nature of the work, my client is requiring a professional who has worked as a Training Manager whilst employed by a construction business in the UK. It is imperative that you have a good understanding of training requirements within the construction industry, hold knowledge of the various positions carried out on site and live within commutable distance from Central London (as this is an office-based role). No hybrid working is available.

About the salary & rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from GBP55,000 - GBP58,000 per annum; however, there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.

Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which includes a car allowance, private health care, and enrolment in the company pension scheme.
