Trainee Property Manager
Bournemouth 28,000– 33,000 DOE
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
We're looking for an organised, customer–focused Trainee Property Manager to support the management of residential blocks and developments, with training from an experienced team.
Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries from residents, clients and contractors.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor visits.
Assist with property inspections and follow–up actions.
Maintain accurate property and compliance records.
Support service charge budgets, insurance queries and residents' meetings.
About you:
You'll have strong communication and organisation skills, good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience in property administration, customer service or a busy office would be beneficial.
A full driving licence and your own car are essential.
Benefits:
28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service to 33 days.
