WE’RE HIRING – Trainee Partition Installer

Jumbo Stud Partitions Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Trainee Partition Installer to join our team!

Location: Droitwich / Wychbold area

Travel: Projects throughout the UK

Pay: From £16 – £20 per hour (depending on experience) + opportunities for increases as you progress

Hours: Monday – Friday, with some weekend work when required

What Will You Be Doing

You’ll work alongside one of our experienced Site Supervisors on construction projects across the UK, helping with the installation of our specialist partitioning systems and associated works.

Our projects include a mixture of local work and working away from home, so we’re ideally looking for someone based in or around Wychbold / Droitwich who is happy to travel.

No Experience Don’t Let That Stop You!

Previous construction experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.

What matters to us is having the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.

Comfortable working on construction sites.

Willing to travel throughout the UK.

Prepared to work away when projects require it.

Available Monday – Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend work.

Able to work well with our Site Supervisors and wider site teams.

Interested in learning new skills and progressing within the company.

Construction experience is beneficial, but not essential.
