Ourclient based in Paisley is looking for a Trades Supervisor tosupport a busy Estates team.

Your new role

You will beresponsible for overseeing day-to-day building maintenance activities, managingcontractors and in-house trades staff.

Key duties include:

Managing planned and reactive maintenance worksSupervising maintenance teams and specialist contractorsMonitoring health & safety and statutory complianceSupporting water hygiene and Legionella compliance programmesManaging budgets, service performance and maintenance recordsResponding to maintenance issues and operational incidents as required

What you'll need to succeed

Experience managing maintenance services within a large estate, facilities or property environmentExperience leading maintenance teams and contractorsGood knowledge of planned and reactive maintenanceStrong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirementsExperience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
