Monday to Friday - Hours 11am - 2pm

Role Overview:

As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, showcasing the organisation's innovative products and services. Your enthusiasm for technology and exceptional communication skills will help you build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and present tailored utility solutions.

Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer knowledge and confidence.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.

Maintain a positive and energetic approach to customer interactions, ensuring a memorable experience.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the utilities or technology sector.

Strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.

Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.
