Supervising internal fit out works on a live school block upgrade projectCoordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficientlyLiaising closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and trades on siteMaintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentationUsing computer systems for record keeping and progress updatesMonitoring health & safety procedures and site complianceEnsuring work is completed to programme and quality standardsSupporting site operations and resolving day-to-day issues as they ariseRequirements:
Valid SSSTS certificateCSCS Gold or Black cardPrevious supervisory experience within construction/internal fit out projectsGood communication and organisational skillsCompetent using computer systems and digital record keepingPayment Type:
