Site Manager

Description

We are representing a specialist fit-out subcontractor looking for a Site Manager to oversee a £10m bespoke metal ceiling package on a high-spec commercial and laboratory project in Oxford. You will work with another Site Manager and report into a site based Project Manager. Working alongside a Tier One main contractor, you will be responsible for managing the installation of complex ceiling systems, ensuring quality, HSE, site coordination and attention to detail throughout the project.

This role requires someone who genuinely knows ceilings inside out. You must have started your career as a ceiling fixer, giving you the practical knowledge to understand the installation process, lead the workforce and maintain the standards expected on a project of this calibre. You will also need to be confident using IT systems such as Procore and SnagR to manage site progress, quality control, snagging and reporting digitally. xjnqpsq

This is a six-month contract, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the package from day one. SMSTS, CSCS Gold (Black preferred) and First Aid are required.
