Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on our client's multi million pound multi storey construction project within Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of an internals package, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out.
Key Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* Black CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* First Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities:
* Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
* Report project progress xjnqpsq to the main contractor
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
£330 per shift
