Site Manager Chelmsford
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Start Date: 8th October
Duration: 6 months
Rate: GBP300 per day CIS
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a modular programme of works in Chelmsford on behalf of a national Facilities Management provider.
The role will be based within a secure government environment, with the successful candidate required to undergo the necessary security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities Read and work to project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones Provide regular progress reports and updates Liaise directly with the client and wider project team Review and approve RAMS Coordinate subcontractors and site activities Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements Work within an NEC4 contract environment Requirements:
SMSTS First Aid Asbestos Awareness Awareness of NEC4 contracts Strong programme reading, reporting and client liaison skills Ability to obtain the required security clearance
