Site Manager / Site Supervisor Town Hall Refurbishment
Location: Chippenham
Start Date: Wednesday 23rd September 2026
Duration: 3 4 weeks
Role: Site Manager / Site Supervisor
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee a town hall refurbishment project in Chippenham, starting Wednesday 23rd September.
The role will involve overseeing a small number of tradesmen and subcontractors on site, managing day-to-day activities, maintaining health and safety standards and reporting progress directly to the Project Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing tradesmen and subcontractors on site
Coordinating day-to-day site activities
Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Project Manager
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
Carrying out general site checks and maintaining site standards
Coordinating trades and dealing with any issues that arise
Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well organised
About You
This role would suit an experienced Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor. We would also consider a skilled Labourer with strong site experience who holds SSSTS or SMSTS and is comfortable taking responsibility for supervising trades.
