Description
Optima Site Solutions is looking for an experienced Roofing & Scaffolding Manager to join our team.
We are seeking someone with a strong background in roofing, with the technical knowledge and practical experience to identify and diagnose roofing issues and recommend appropriate remedial solutions.
The successful candidate will work across our sites, with the role being predominantly based in Lewisham and Westminster.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed roofing and scaffolding surveys across various sites.
* Diagnose roofing defects and recommend appropriate remedial works.
* Prepare clear and accurate survey reports.
* Plan and coordinate roofing and scaffolding works from start to completion.
* Carry out post-inspection works to ensure completed projects meet the required standards.
* Liaise directly with clients and their representatives.
* Attend site meetings with client surveyors, providing technical advice and answering queries. xjnqpsq
* Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
