Norfolk Up to 58,000 + Package Social Housing Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering refurbishment works on a long-term social housing framework contract. With a secure pipeline of work and a strong reputation within the sector, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for stability and career progression.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects within occupied residential properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee site teams and subcontractors while acting as the key point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all day-to-day site activitiesCoordinating subcontractors and direct labourEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company proceduresConducting site inspections, audits, and quality checksManaging project programmes and reporting progress to senior managementMaintaining accurate site records and documentationBuilding positive relationships with residents, client representatives, and stakeholdersManaging defects and ensuring excellent project deliveryLeading, mentoring, and developing site teamsDelivering refurbishment works within occupied environments with minimal disruption to residents

Requirements

Essential

Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering refurbishment projectsExperience working within occupied residential propertiesStrong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site complianceExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and subcontractorsSMSTSCSCS CardFirst Aid at WorkFull UK Driving Licence

Desirable

Social housing or planned maintenance experienceExperience working on long-term framework contractsMCIOB (or working towards)Additional Health & Safety qualifications
