Description
Site Manager - Bangor
Location: Bangor
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8 Weeks
Rate: 250- 280 per day
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal works on a care home project in Bangor.
This is a live care home environment, so previous experience working around residents and within occupied settings is essential.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS - Essential
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Previous Site Management experience
Experience working in live/occupied environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Duties:
Managing day-to-day site operations
Overseeing internal refurbishment and finishing works
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Maintaining health & safety standards
Working sensitively around residents and care home staff
Immediate start - 8-week contract.
