Fit-Out Site Manager School Refurbishment Project

Welshpool, Immediate Start (Monday 3rd Aug)

4 5 Week Contract CIS / LTD payments.

GBP250 GBP325 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project in Welshpool during the summer holiday period.

Working on a tight programme with a fixed completion date, you will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard before the new term begins.

Duties

Manage the day-to-day running of the refurbishment and fit-out works. Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site. Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues quickly. Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance. Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and site inspections. Oversee quality control and ensure works are completed to specification. Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment projects. Experience delivering fast-track projects to strict deadlines. SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work. Strong communication and organisational skills. Enhanced DBS beneficial but not essential. Contract Details
