Site Manager - Water Treatment Projects (Severn Trent)
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of water treatment works projects across the Severn Trent Water framework.
You will be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of water treatment site activitiesSupervising direct labour, subcontractors, and site operativesEnsuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standardsMaintaining compliance with HSEQ policies and Severn Trent Water proceduresCoordinating site logistics, materials, and programme activitiesConducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reportingWorking closely with Project Managers, engineers, and client representativesEssential:
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering water treatment or wastewater treatment projectsPrevious experience working on Severn Trent Water, AMP frameworks, or other UK water utility projectsStrong understanding of civil, mechanical, and process installations within treatment worksSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skillsKnowledge of HSEQ requirements within the water sector
