Description
Join one of Boston's largest contractors and start with a company van, fuel card, and all essential training from day one. As a Site Manager you'll oversee a team of operatives, to ensure works are being carried out correctly and meet the required standards.
This opportunity is with a respected and established building contractor in the area, known for its strong reputation in the housing sector and commitment to its workforce. You'll be part of a company that values high–quality work and supports ongoing growth in a stable, full–time environment.
I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in managing trades within a domestic setting, whether you've previously worked as a Site Supervisor, Contracts Manager or Working foreman.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing trades operatives working on the kitchen & bathroom streamManaging work completionMonitoring materialsReporting to the office with photos of any issues on siteRepresenting the company whilst working within domestic properties
In order to be eligible for the Site Manager role, you must:
Hold a valid SSSTSHold a full UK driving licenceHave relevant industry experience working on a kitchen and/or bathroom stream
In return, the Site Manger will receive:
