Site Engineer – Civils & Water Projects

Location: Hampshire

Duration: 12 Months+

Rate: £400.00 per day

Type: Freelance

Bond Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer for a long-term freelance opportunity across Hampshire.

The works are expected to run for at least 12 months, with the successful Engineer working across a variety of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.

This is a great opportunity for an Engineer looking for consistent, long-term work with a strong pipeline of projects.

Typical duties will include:

Setting out for civils, drainage, pipework and infrastructure works

*

Producing and maintaining site records

*

QA documentation and as-built surveys

*

Checking drawings and resolving technical issues

*

Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors

*

Ensuring works are delivered accurately and in accordance with specifications

*

Supporting the site team with engineering and technical requirements

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Site Engineer

*

Strong setting-out experience

*

Civils and/or water project experience preferred

*

Competent using GPS/Total Station equipment

*

CSCS

*

Own engineering equipment xjnqpsq would be advantageous

*

Full UK driving licence due to projects being located across Hampshire

This is not just a short-term requirement. There is a 12-month+ pipeline of work across Hampshire, covering a mixture of civils and water projects at £400.00 per day.
