Location: Winchester, Hampshire

7.30AM - 4.30pm

Salary: 260 PER DAY CIS PAY

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine formwork requirements. Construct, assemble, and install formwork using hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques to shape concrete structures accurately. Measure and cut materials such as timber, steel, and other specialized components to fit project needs. Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bracing of formwork to maintain safety standards and structural accuracy. Dismantle formwork after concrete has set while ensuring minimal damage for reuse or disposal. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures. CSCS CARD or equivalent Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of structural systems such as roofing, masonry, and reinforcement placement.
