Senior Site Manager Watford GBP70,000 GBP90,000 + 10% Bonus + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare

We re currently working with a well-established residential developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a new 150-unit traditional build development in Watford.

The development will consist of a 50:50 split between private and housing association units, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of a significant residential project within a fast-paced environment.

The Role Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager, you ll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the development, managing a team consisting of:

1 x Site Manager2 x Assistant Site ManagersSubcontractors and wider site teams You ll be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards, whilst maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with further projects already planned across North London, offering excellent continuity of work and long-term progression for the right person.

We're looking for: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential new buildStrong traditional build experienceExperience managing sizeable residential developmentsAbility to lead and develop Site Managers and Assistant Site ManagersStrong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and deliveryNVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalentExcellent communication and leadership skillsA strong track record of delivering projects from start to completion For further information please contact Jenny Saban in our Cambridge office
