Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a new project in North London! Projects are mostly large residential schemes - new build and refurbishment. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join!

Ideal candidate:

Background working on residential projects is required (ideally apartments however, would consider hotel experience) Previous experience working on large scale projects is desiredMust have previously commercially managed their own projectsMain contractor experienceSolid understanding of JCT Contract

Duties will include:

Working closely with a Commercial Manager who oversees multiple projectsLeading a project through to completionCVR reporting to directorsAgreeing main contract sumsManaging variations and claimsManaging the cash flowProcuring materials and subcontractorsAttending project progress meetingsManaging subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reportsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing company who have a great focus on employee wellbeing.This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing main contractor who have an incredible pipeline of work and a chance to work on some increible city centre developments in London!
